We have five welded Aluminium boats that were built in Lewiston Idaho in the United States to US coast guard safety requirements and meets and exceeds all of MARAD requirements in Guyana.
Four of our Boats are powered by Yanmar engines coupled with jet propulsion 9 Jet Boats) while the fifth is driven by two 350 HP outboards.
Our Boats are of various sizes with the smallest capable of 26 passengers and our bigger boats 68 passengers. All our boats are fully inspected registered and licensed with relevant authorities in Guyana.
Each boat is equipped with;
- Fire extinguishers
- First aid kits
- Adequate and clean flotation devices for all passengers
All our boats are staffed by responsible and licensed captains and sailors.
We also have our own private wharf with secure vehicle parking for customers who prefer to drive to Parika.
All our tours that include going up the Mazaruni will be done with our Jet Boats and not outboards since Jet Boats are specially designed to travel in shallow waters and rapids and are way safer than outboards.
